I fully agree. With the workload teachers have to content with, principals or project champions need to carefully plan activities not to overwhelm teachers. It means really knowing your staff and what they are able to cope with. Knowing how to set achievable tasks that will boost morale and foster a desire for more because of it's positive impact on the day to day effectiveness of teachers.

I muat agree with the sentence...keep your project small.

I also believe in teaspoons full with just enough "skills" and "training" in the spoon at a time, instead of a wheelbarrow filled to the brim and "losing" most of the "sand" in the barrow.

What is also important is the completion of the teaspoon content - every grain into the cup - it must all be "dissolved" in the cup of tea to give it the Rooibos tea flavour its sweetness.

Further it must be stirred very well to give the tea its quality flavour. Then you offer another cup of tea - this is also applicable for any ICT, SOFTWARE, HARWARE and other applications training and skills equipment activities to educators and learners.

Bit by bit can later become byte by byte and eventually KB to MB to Terra and the rest !!
